We are one of the largest groups of UK wide consultants formed by few clinical consortia's from many large teaching NHS Trusts with wider but local area presence in the country. The team can provide extra capacity to the primary and secondary care NHS. We have potential to expand much further and provide local/regional teams to any part of UK. Together we provide cover to all modalities and specialty systems. The extra capacity until now is covered for the PBC and waiting list initiatives in the NHS Trusts. We can provide remote reporting services backed by a CfH compatible IT-PACS system with a dedicated datacentre covering a large proportion of the UK.
We have loco-regional NHS Clinical Consultant groups with nominated leads across the UK and have formed Medical, Surgical and Diagnostic Groups. Clinical Directors and Management consultants are our advisors. The requirements for developing the Practice Based Commissioning (PBC) pathways are based upon advice from General Practitioners and Practice Managers working together with clinical groups and a nominated consultant is providing the lead in each of these specific clinical areas.
We have an experienced management and IT team which can provide UK wide coverage and enable us to work 7 days a week. The Diagnostics UK PACS can also be integrated to the NHS PACS-RIS systems enabling a secure and fast turnaround time. We can also provide IT-PACS support and connection to primary care sites, enabling these surgeries to accommodate other wider area clinical activity. This will enable provisions of integrated clinical services at the primary care level. Our IT members include experts in network design, systems security and software system support.
